Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Leeds, Yorkshire and the Humber, United Kingdom
Salary: £26,000
Role Type: Hybrid role
Job Responsibilities
* Handle all aspects of sales order processing, including exports of industrial products, liaising with production, purchasing, and distribution.
* Manage telephone calls and emails related to customer inquiries.
* Process export orders and accompanying documentation.
* Respond to telephone and email inquiries promptly.
* Investigate and resolve invoice queries for credit purposes.
* Advise customers when delivery promises are compromised.
* Input sales prices, check, and file documents for audit purposes.
* Liaise with production to ensure commitments are fulfilled.
* Coordinate with hauliers to ensure timely delivery.
* Collaborate with Account Managers regarding products and pricing.
* Maintain the price list and prices in SAP.
* Action POD requests via customer portals.
* Record service levels and KPIs.
Requirements
Ideally, you will have experience in a customer service or sales administrative role within the FMCG industry.
