Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated 3-4 years experienced CCTV/Access Control/Fire System Technician to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our remotely monitored CCTV solutions, access control, and fire systems. You will report directly to the Technical Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Install and configure CCTV systems (NVRs, Calipsa Software), access control (Paxton), and fire systems according to project specifications and industry standards.
* Manage VMS systems like Hikcentral.
* Create and manage network infrastructure and structured cabling for CCTV systems.
* Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance.
* Troubleshoot and repair CCTV systems as needed.
* Collaborate with the technical team to design and implement CCTV solutions tailored to clients' needs.
* Provide training and support to clients on CCTV system operation.
* Stay updated on technological advancements in the field of CCTV systems.
Requirements:
* Holder of ECS/CSCS cards.
* Technical Certifications/ Manufacturer Training certificates
* Proficiency in using hand tools like crimping tools and power tools.
* Knowledge of network systems like LAN, VLAN, and computer hardware and various security systems platform.
* Familiarity with system design and schematics.
* Experience in CCTV installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
