We have an exciting opportunity arise for a L3 Technical Analyst to be joining the L3 support team in managing our customers infrastructure, providing technical expertise and recommendations to XMA’s Service Delivery Management teams to aid proposals for customer improvements; to achieve availability, capacity, continuity, and functionality and security requirements. Job Specification: L3 Technical Analyst Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues across infrastructure, applications, and systems. Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles Take ownership of user problems, pro-active when dealing with user issues Act as an escalation point for L1 and L2 support teams, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions. Maintain and improve system performance, reliability, and security. Document processes, solutions, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Requirements: L3 Technical Analyst Proven experience in a technical support or analyst role. Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, networking, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS). Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, or equivalent are a plus.
