We require Learning Support Assistants to provide individual support and personal/pastoral care for students with physical and/or learning disabilities.
Term time only: Yes
Salary type: Bucks Pay
Salary details: Range 2, Point 11 £18,355 to Point 15 £19,891 approximately
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 39 weeks per year, 8.15 am – 3.15 pm Monday – Friday (term time only plus staff training days)
Closing date: Friday 13th February 2026 9am

About the role
We require Learning Support Assistants to provide individual support and personal/pastoral care for students with physical and/or learning disabilities.
Experience and Knowledge:
1. Previous experience of working with young people.
2. Previous experience of working with young people with disabilities
3. The ability to relate to adults and students from diverse social and cultural
backgrounds
4. The ability to deal appropriately with sensitive/confidential information.
5. A sense of humour.

About you
It would be desirable for the successful candidates to have the following, however, training will be given:
6. Knowledge of the needs of students with learning difficulties/physical disabilities
7. Experience of working with students of secondary school age (preferably in an education setting)
