As Senior General Manager, you’ll be responsible for day to day operations, team development and morale, delivering friendly customer service and setting the atmosphere and vibe of the restaurant. This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate will be fully flexible to work evenings and weekends Key Responsibilities Delivering excellent customer service Developing the team and creating great morale Plan and manage rotas, payroll, holidays, and staffing within budget Oversee stock takes and ensure financial accuracy Maintain restaurant security at all times Maintain restaurant standards for health and safety, cleanliness, and hygiene Lead and develop the team through appraisals, reviews, and regular training Manage recruitment, performance management, and disciplinary/grievance processes Host team meetings and ensure effective internal communication Handle customer complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction Drive sales and marketing initiatives Ensure full compliance with company policies Essential Criteria 2 years’ experience in a management position at General or Assistant level in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
