OUR CLIENT Top UK law firm with regional and London offices THE ROLE We have a new vacancy for an Employment Solicitor 3 PQE to join a successful employment law team The work will be broad ranging and of excellent quality, covering contentious and non-contentious employment work. Clients include SMEs, multinational and global corporation, senior executives and employees wanting advice on potential claims and settlement agreement Contentious work will include managing Tribunal claims, advising on disciplinary matters and grievances, restrictive covenant breaches You will also be expected to provide non contentious employment law support on contracts, handbooks, and TUPE matters THE CANDIDATE You will have a solid employment law pedigree, ready to make a career move to a new and challenging role offering a significant level of responsibility and client contact The firm offers an excellent working environment, a good work / life balance and an opportunity to be part of a close knit and supportive team with opportunities for career development and progression Teh roel can be based in London or the Home Counties.
