Role of Travel Consultant:
1. Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
2. Creating bespoke, tailor-made holidays to include worldwide destinations, city breaks and cruise holidays
3. Offering excellent customer service, guiding your client, whilst building strong relationships
4. Offering first-hand knowledge and destination advice
Skills required for the role:
5. Previous experience in a tailor-made travel reservations role - essential
6. Retail travel or tour operations background
7. Strong sales and customer service skills
8. Excellent Worldwide geographical and product knowledge
9. Able to work with autonomy and offering a pro-active approach
10. Confident and engaging personality
