Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Support Engineer based in Clacton-On-Sea, with a combination or office, site based and home working. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical enablement, troubleshooting issues, and offering customer support and service. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical problems, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. As part of our virtual IT team working for a number of clients, we are trusted by our clients to provide them the best possible service
Qualifications
* Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
* Strong Analytical Skills
* Customer Support and Customer Service experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and in a team
* Experience in IT service delivery is a plus
* CompTia A+ is preferred but no essential
* Most importantly, an appreciation for how IT can enable businesses and an positive solution focused approach.
