We are now welcoming applications for an experienced, motivated, and passionate Branch Manager to lead Keyline Braintree (Essex) on a six-month contract.
What you will do
Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be a hands-on leader for Keyline Braintree on a six-month interim basis.
As a visible leader, you'll coach, motivate, inspire, and develop your team of 20 to drive culture and provide stability during this interim period. You'll look to identify opportunities to improve, enhance, and maximise profitability (within c£10m turnover) throughout the 2-acre branch and 5 vehicles. First and foremost however, you should be comfortable with the day-to-day management of a successful branch and a high-performing team, to ensure a comfortable continuity across this branch as part of the wider Keyline network.
Keyline Braintree will shortly undertake a £500k development project, upgrading the welfare facilities to support our drive for a safe and happy workplace culture.

7. Proven experience in optimising branch operations by improving performance and sales whilst effectively controlling costs.
8. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to interpret information to support proposals.
9. Prior experience within branch management (or assistant management) is essential.
