What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting the lead teacher with daily routines and learning activities. Encouraging children’s development through play, storytelling, and hands-on learning. Providing tailored support to individuals and small groups. Helping maintain a safe, inclusive, and joyful classroom atmosphere. What We’re Looking For: Experience in a nursery or early years setting is a big plus. Personality: Kind, patient, and full of energy. Qualifications: CACHE Level 2 or 3 in Childcare is helpful, but not essential.
