Wellbeing Progress Mentor

FTE: 0.810811 (37 hours per week, 36 weeks per year)

Salary: £24,990.82 per annum (£30,822 pro rata per annum)

MAIN PURPOSE OF POST

You will play a proactive role in supporting students’ mental well-being and academic success. You will deliver impactful 1:1 sessions, group workshops, and resilience-building courses—covering everything from anxiety management to mindfulness—while collaborating with the College Nurse and counseling team to provide holistic, wraparound care. Beyond direct support, you will act as a Designated Safeguarding Lead, coordinate with external agencies, and lead creative campus-wide mental health events.
