Hours: Monday – Thursday (08:30 – 17:00), Friday (08:30 – 16:30)

The Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality practical and theoretical lessons to students across various levels. Your goal is to provide learners with the technical skills and industry knowledge they need to succeed in the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging practical workshops and classroom-based theory sessions.
Support students in achieving their qualifications through effective lesson planning and assessment.
Provide mentorship and guidance to learners, ensuring a safe and productive working environment.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Requirements:
Industry Expertise: A strong background in bricklaying with relevant Level 3 qualifications (or equivalent).
Teaching Background: Ideally, you will hold a teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, AET) or be willing to work towards one.
Passion for Education: An ability to inspire and engage young people and adult learners.
Immediate Availability: Candidates who can start ASAP will be at a distinct advantage.
