Football Coach (Location Manager)
Location: Fives Hamilton (Bothwell Road)
Contract Type: Part-Time (Fixed Coaching Hours + Site Management Duties)
Coaching Hours: 13 hours per week
Availability Required: Monday to Friday, fully available between 4:00–8:00 PM
Salary: £1,100/month

TwoTouch Coaching is looking for a confident, proactive coach to lead our Hamilton site. This is a hybrid role combining on-field coaching, client relationship management, and location operations oversight. You’ll be the face of TwoTouch in Hamilton, ensuring both players and parents receive a professional, consistent experience each week.

About the Role
As Location Manager, you’ll take ownership of our Hamilton site. You’ll lead sessions, uphold coaching standards, and be responsible for the operational health of the location. You’ll liaise directly with company leadership each week and act as the key contact for all parent communications and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality group coaching sessions to players of all ages.
* Manage all communication with parents at the Hamilton site.
* Handle all complaints and resolve issues at a branch level.
* Arrange and schedule all catch-up sessions for Hamilton clients.
* Monitor and uphold TwoTouch coaching standards during sessions.
* Report weekly performance and key updates to company directors.
* Coordinate the training schedule and coach allocations for Hamilton.

Who We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Valid PVG certification (or ability to obtain upon offer).
* Proven experience in coaching youth or adult football.
* Strong communication and people skills.
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
* Availability Monday–Friday, 4:00–8:00 PM.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Desirable:
* Football coaching accreditations (e.g., SFA or UEFA badges).
* Experience managing junior staff or a team environment.
* Passion for player development or sport science.
* Experience in sales or parent-facing customer service.
Additional Info
* Coaching kit and equipment provided.
* Travel costs are not reimbursed, but the role is designed for local convenience.
