An exciting opportunity to join a leading agency representing a brand-new 31-unit development in Milton, near Didcot. This site is preparing for a highly anticipated show home launch, and we're looking for a polished, motivated New Homes Sales Consultant to take the lead.
You'll be the face of the development - managing the site independently, converting enquiries into reservations, and guiding buyers through a seamless customer journey from first contact to completion. This role offers genuine room for growth within a supportive and ambitious team, with the potential to go permanent for the right person.
A typical day
* Opening and presenting the show home to a high standard, ensuring it\'s always ready for visitors.
* Managing all incoming enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
* Conducting engaging show home tours, tailoring the experience to each buyer.
* Qualifying prospects and converting leads into reservations.
* Liaising with solicitors, financial advisors, and build teams to progress sales smoothly.
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and preparing daily and weekly sales reports.
* Hosting launch events and supporting marketing initiatives to drive site traffic.
* Providing consistent aftercare and communication to buyers throughout the process.
What we\'re looking for
* Background in new homes sales or estate agency (minimum 1 year)
* Confident working autonomously and managing your own site
* Proven sales track record and customer-first approach
* Tech-savvy with strong presentation and organisational skills
* Driven, proactive, and motivated by career progression and development
