RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER FEE EARNER / PARALEGAL\nSOUTHEND-ON-SEA, ESSEX\n£30,000 - £36,000\n\nQED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Residential Property Assistant, to join our well-respected client in Southend-On-Sea, Essex.\n\nWe are looking for someone with case handling skills to join their friendly and established large residential team. You will be expected to manage a small caseload for roughly 1 to 5 years.\n\nThe type of residential transactions you should have experience on are:

* sales

* purchase
\n\t
* leaseholds
\n\t
* freeholds
\n\t
* remortgages
\n\t
* transfers of equity
\n\n\n
