The Role
Provide IT technical enablement and platform management for Customer Office AI and digital marketing capabilities. The immediate priority will be to build and operate an AI‑powered tool to scale campaign output, personalisation and brand consistency reducing manual production effort while improving speed, quality, and adherence to brand standards across the full funnel. This is a creative enablement role using AI technology to enable the team to support the strategic business priorities.

This job sits between IT, marketing, and creative teams. The main goal is to use AI and automation to make marketing content faster, more scalable, and consistent.
Instead of teams manually creating every campaign asset (emails, ads, landing pages, etc.), this role builds systems and tools powered by AI that can generate, personalise, and manage content at scale. Think of it as creating a "content factory" powered by GenAI, but with proper brand control and quality.
What you’ll do
* GenAI Platform Management – Manages the creative workbench and AI content/design tools used by the Customer Office for marketing output
* Digital Marketing Automation – A/B testing, conversion optimisation, and personalisation capabilities
* Platform Integration – Connecting AI and digital marketing tools into the wider technology ecosystem
* Technical Enablement – Serves as the IT enabler for the Digital Growth Lead and AI Design Solutions, ensuring they have the platforms and tooling to execute
* Security & Governance Alignment – Ensures all AI and digital marketing tools comply with Cornerstone's IT security and governance standards
What you’ll bring
You’ll bring a powerful combination of AI awareness, marketing understanding, and operational thinking, with a passion for using technology to scale and improve how content is created. You understand how marketing and creative teams work today—and more importantly, how they should work in an AI‑enabled world.
You’re comfortable working across GenAI tools, automation platforms, and MarTech ecosystems, but you also have a strong instinct for brand, messaging, and creative quality. You can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into practical, scalable solutions that teams actually adopt and use.
With a strong process and automation mindset, you’re always looking for ways to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and create repeatable systems that drive efficiency and consistency. You think in terms of scale—how to turn one campaign into many, without compromising quality.
You’re also a confident stakeholder manager and change driver, able to bring teams on the journey as AI becomes embedded in marketing operations. You influence, educate, and build trust, ensuring new ways of working land successfully and deliver real impact.
Above all, you bring a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation, turning emerging AI capabilities into practical, high‑value solutions that enhance output, speed, and performance.
