Corporate Operations Manager - Automotive Group (West Yorkshire)
Basic Salary: £40,000 + Bonus Package up to £20,000 DOE
Benefits: Company Car, Laptop, Phone, Pension, and more
Are you a process-driven professional with a passion for efficiency, structure, and delivering excellence behind the scenes?
Our client, a dominant motor group with a thriving Corporate Sales Division, are seeking a Corporate Operations Manager to join their high-performing Corporate Hub in West Yorkshire.
The Opportunity
This is a pivotal role within a well-established Corporate Department responsible for delivering over 5,000 vehicle sales annually to the business sector.
Working alongside a Corporate General Manager and a team of around ten, you'll act as the key link between sales, logistics, and customer delivery - ensuring that every deal, process, and partnership runs seamlessly from order to handover.
As the group continues to expand, some existing systems and workflows now need refining and re-engineering. This position offers the chance to take ownership of process improvement and operational delivery at scale - making a tangible impact in an already successful business.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day corporate logistics and process management, ensuring accurate and timely vehicle delivery.
Develop, streamline, and implement back-office systems and operational workflows to enhance efficiency across the corporate sales function.
Work closely with internal departments - sales, fleet administration, logistics, and finance - to ensure smooth communication and operational flow.
Manage supplier and stakeholder relationships to maintain high service standards.
Support the leadership team with data, reporting, and operational insight to aid strategic decision-making.
Lead and mentor a small operational support team to drive excellence and accountability.
About You
You'll bring experience in operations, logistics, or process management within the automotive or similar fast-paced industry (e.g. fleet, leasing, logistics, or B2B sales environment).
Strong organisational and analytical skills, with a natural ability to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
Comfortable working in a structured, commercial environment where accuracy, timing, and service delivery are everything.
A confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative, team-driven culture.
Proficient in CRM or fleet management systems and comfortable managing data and process workflows.
