DBR Group, acting as a Recruitment Business, are recruiting for experienced Warehouse Operative, Parcel Sorters to work at our client who are a household name in the Driving Industry, Middleton, Manchester. Whether it is sending parcels, documents or freight - no one delivers better value throughout the UK. This role is a temporary position. Duties: Sorting parcels to ensure efficient and timely deliveries Parcel sortation Scan incoming and outgoing parcels to ensure accurate tracking and efficient network processing Responsible for physically handling and moving parcels on and off vehicles and containers Sort and organize packages for timely delivery The role requires a good level of physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry parcels, some of which can be heavy Willingness and capability to adapt to various tasks and different shifts as operational needs change The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a warehouse team. Flexibility to work various shifts Requirements: Previous warehouse experience desirable but not essential An effective team member who works well on their own initiative as well as part of a team Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work Self-motivated with a positive attitude and extremely reliable Excellent timekeeping and communication skills Hours: Days - Monday to Friday Range from 4pm to 11pm Days Saturday & Sunday Range from 12pm to 10pm Remuneration: £12.21 per hour Working for an agency can be a beneficial way of having a flexible working arrangement, giving you the freedom to enjoy a better work/life balance.
