Learner Experience Administrator
Full‑time role of 37.5 hours per week located in Moreton in Marsh, United Kingdom.
What you’ll be doing
* Support learners through the full end‑to‑end journey, including enrolment, registration, induction, and post‑course guidance to ensure timely completion and certification.
* Register learners with awarding bodies, verify required pre‑course work, and communicate all essential course information, including logistics and SEND adjustments.
* Act as the main point of contact on site—welcoming learners, answering queries, and coordinating with Sales, Training Delivery, and Academic Services.
* Maintain accurate learner records, including interactions, progress, safeguarding concerns, and service history.
* Provide ongoing support for submission and portfolio completion after the course, ensuring learners remain on track.
* Promote a positive, professional experience by supporting continuous improvement activities and collaborating across internal teams.
What we’re looking for
* IT competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Previous experience as an Administrator or in a customer‑facing role.
* Keen eye for detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Knowledge or experience of working in a learning/training environment (desirable).
