We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant who is interested in developing a career as a Financial Advisor within the financial Services industry.

Duties
* Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote financial products and services
* Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and presentations
* Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with accurate information
* Collaborate with senior advisors to understand client needs and assist in preparing financial planning proposals
* Provide administrative support related to client onboarding and follow-up communications
* Participate in training sessions on financial services and planning to develop industry knowledge
* Outbound calling and lead generation
Requirements
* Strong interest in financial services and financial planning
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Previous experience in marketing or finance is advantageous but not essential
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
