CATERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT
Catering Assistant
Band 2 - £25,694 to £27,900 (pro rata)
Plus £1,406 Distant Islands Allowance (pro rata)
Permanent Post
19.73 hrs per week
Monday to Thursday, 2.50-7.20pm
3-7.14pm Friday
We are looking for a Catering Storekeeper / Catering Assistant to join our existing team. Previous catering experience would be an advantage as the candidate maybe required to work in any section of the department. Duties will include receiving, checking and issuing of catering stock, restocking vending machines, dishwashing, basic food preparation, food service, counter service and maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the department. A basic food hygiene certificate is essential to the post. This short inexpensive course can be completed online in a few hours.
