Position: Junior Office Manager
A private investment management company based in Mayfair is seeking a Junior Office Manager to join their small, friendly team. This is a fully office-based role with working hours from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Qualifications: To be considered, candidates must hold a degree with a 2:1 or above from a Russell Group or Oxbridge university, have three A-levels with grades A, and a grade 7 or higher in GCSE Maths.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage general office functions, ensuring the office is maintained and presentable.
2. Handle relationships with office suppliers.
3. Arrange travel for team members.
4. Manage reception and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
5. Manage incoming mail, and coordinate meeting room bookings and preparations.
6. Assist Directors with personal administrative tasks.
7. Provide holiday cover for the Executive Assistant.
8. Organize team events.
9. Order office supplies and arrange daily healthy lunches.
Skills and Attributes: Candidates should be proficient in MS Office, attentive to detail, team-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks. Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Successful applicants will be required to complete a personality test, an online maths test, and a trial day at the office.
