Sausage Team Leader wanted in Bury St Edmunds.
Pay: £13.04 per hour (rising with experience)
Hours: 2.30pm to 11pm
Days: Monday to Friday
Job Title: Sausage Production Team Leader
Responsibilities
* Oversee the production room staff and ensure that targets are met
* Monitor production processes to ensure that products meet quality standards
* Train and supervise production workers, ensuring that they are following safety protocols and standard operating procedures
* Maintain production records and report any issues to management
* Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and that any issues are reported immediately
* Ensure that the production area is clean and organized at all times
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production goals are met
* Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Qualifications
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and standard operating procedures
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
Physical Requirements
* Ability to stand for extended periods of time
