Commercial Gas Engineer : Maintenance(Multi:skilled)
Location: Grantham
Salary: GBP42,000 : GBP45,000 plus overtime, on call, company van with private use
The Opportunity : (Multi : skilled)Gas Engineer : Maintenance
We are recruiting for an experienced (Multi:skilled) Gas Engineer : Maintenance to join a leading Facilities Management company based in the Grantham area. Youll be delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of sites, covering systems such as commercial gas boilers, heating systems, water heaters, and associated controls. The role also involves fault finding, repairs, and installation works : with the backing of a stable, long:term position. As this is a multi:skliied the Engineer position you will take on other responsibilties such as basic electrics, water hygeine and PPMs.
Sites include: offices, schools, and commercial buildings etc
Qualifications and Experience:
* ACS Domestic/Commercial Gas qualifications : essential
* Commercial gas modules such as CIGA1, CDGA1, TPCP1A (desirable)
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing and Heating : preferred
* Current Gas Safe Registration (company supported)
* Proven experience in gas maintenance, servicing, fault finding, and installation across commercial environments
* Full UK driving licence
