the efficient delivery of catering services across events and daily operations. The post holder will assist with the preparation and set-up of food and beverage service areas, undertake basic food preparation, and serve customers in a polite, professional and customer-focused manner.
What youll do:
1. Be a friendly and welcoming face to visitors and customers at the facility
2. To undertake the preparation, serving and delivery of food and drinks.
3. Participate in the production and services standards of the café and kitchen, ensuring high standards of health safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
4. Ensure follow food safety law and ensure it is maintained
5. Comply with GLL and Venue policies
6. To actively contribute to the development of café service
7. To undertake card payments.
8. Attend meetings/training and be part of the facility team.
9. Work as part of the team to ensure the smooth operation of the facility
10. Provide excellent customer care and have good multi-tasking skills
