Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be working exclusively with a fantastic organisation in the search for a Part-Time HR Advisor!
Our client is a fantastic Charity committed to providing a reliable and person-centred service. They are looking for an HR Advisor to join them on a temporary basis, who can support managers with ER cases, absence management and general HR administration.
Based in Southampton, this role is paying up to £32,000 FTE. You will work 3 days a week between 9am & 5pm and will report to an approachable and supportive Head of HR.
What you’ll do:
Provide first-line HR advice and support to managers across the business.
Coach and guide managers on a range of employee relations and people matters.
Work collaboratively with the Head of HR and the Recruitment Administrator to deliver an outstanding HR service.
Complete HR admin tasks such as onboarding documents, probation reviews and reports.
Field general HR enquiries and escalate to the Head of HR where necessary.
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven HR experience, specifically with ER cases.
Strong communication and team-working skills.
Excellent attention to detail and strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
A high level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
