What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Generating and conducting lettings appraisals Winning new instructions and growing the lettings portfolio Prospecting for new business and building local market presence Developing relationships with landlords and applicants Maximising branch income through cross-selling additional services Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and regulations Leading daily lettings activity within the branch Delivering consistently high levels of customer service What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience within the lettings industry is essential Experience at Senior Negotiator or Lettings Manager level preferred Strong understanding of lettings legislation and compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload Target-focused with a commercial mindset Full UK driving licence essential Professional and confident approach with strong relationship-building skills What's In It For You?
