About the role
Our vacancy is for a Creative Programmes Manager who will play an important role in our Engagement Team. The purpose of this role is to assist with the planning, management and delivery of high‑quality engagement projects to all sectors of the community, both nationally and locally, and to play an active role in the day‑to‑day running and long‑term vision of the Engagement Team. The role will include working closely with the Engagement Creative Manager and Head of Engagement to review, refine, and enhance engagement programmes, ensuring they remain impactful, accessible, and aligned with Scottish Ballet’s strategic goals.
The ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with external partners is key to the success of this role.
Key responsibilities

* Demonstrated experience in delivering dance education as well as overseeing and coordinating a variety of participatory dance projects.
* Proven ability to assist with initiating, developing, and sustaining effective partnerships with diverse stakeholders to support collaborative project delivery.
