Job Title: Senior Sous Chef
Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Hours: 45 hours/week (between 7am-6pm)
Pay: £40,000-£45,000 Basic + Tips

What you’ll be doing
As Senior Sous Chef, you’ll support the Executive Head Chef in managing the kitchens and delivering outstanding food:
1. Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team, maintaining high standards
2. Take responsibility for the kitchen in the Executive Head Chef’s absence
3. Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes across two kitchens, incorporating seasonal menus
4. Support menu development, dish costing, GP control, and stock management
5. Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, and HACCP standards
What we’re looking for
6. Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef, ideally with 5+ years in professional kitchens
7. Strong culinary skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dishes
8. Leadership experience with a collaborative, team-focused approach
9. Relevant culinary qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) and Level 3 Food Hygiene
10. Previous golf club experience is advantageous but not essential
