Job Title: Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience with our products and services. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and proactively addressing any concerns. This role offers a perfect blend of remote and in-office work, with one day a week spent in our collaborative office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
* Understand customer needs and requirements to provide appropriate solutions.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
* Provide product knowledge and technical assistance to customers.

Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience in a customer success or customer support role from a previous B2B or the telecoms industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
* Technical proficiency in telecommunications products and services.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
* Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
