Key Responsibilities: Processing sales orders and coordinating deliveries Liaising with warehouses, UK branches, and the manufacturing plant to track production lead times and shipment schedules Responding to enquiries and resolving complaints from UK distributor customers Supporting Sales Engineers with quotations, stocktakes, and administrative tasks Maintaining accurate records, filing, and general office administration Handling incoming calls with a professional telephone manner Working confidently with numbers and pricing Using Microsoft Excel effectively, including VLOOKUPs What Were Looking For: Previous administrative experience, ideally within sales or manufacturing Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal High level of accuracy and attention to detail Confident working with numbers and pricing Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP functions A proactive, reliable, and professional attitude Why Apply?
