At Candid Digital, we help ambitious brands grow by creating and managing digital campaigns that deliver real results. We’re expanding our team and looking for a Paid Media Executive to join us in delivering high-quality campaigns across Google, Meta, Amazon and other third-party platforms.
The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of hands-on paid media experience who’s ready to step up and take ownership of day-to-day campaign management. You’ll work closely with our digital marketing team to plan, launch, and optimise campaigns that make a genuine impact for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Amazon and other relevant platforms.
* Carry out keyword research, audience targeting, and creative testing to improve campaign performance.
* Monitor budgets, track KPIs, and provide clear reporting on campaign results.
* Spot opportunities to improve ROI and scale successful campaigns.
* Keep up to date with industry trends, platform updates and competitor activity.
* Work with designers and content creators to develop engaging ad creatives.
* Contribute ideas and insights to client strategies and campaign planning.
About You:
* 1–2 years’ experience managing paid media campaigns (experience with Google or Meta is essential; Amazon or others a bonus).
* Comfortable setting up, optimising and reporting on campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
* Proactive, curious and eager to keep up with the latest advertising trends.
* Able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
* A team player who takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
