Job Description
We are working with a household name in the food industry to recruit a Senior Supply Chain Manager in a key role that will drive strategy and lead a growing supply chain tea,m. This business is going from strength to strength with fantastic sales and market share growth. The role will have full strategic responsibility for end to end supply chain via leading a team and working with the SLT.
The role will involve;
* Driving & implementing the Supply Chain Strategies
* Lead the supply chain function providing clear objectives to deliver business growth plans
* Developing and building relationships with suppliers & logistics partners
* Understanding product lines and managing supplier timeframes
* Actively support the business with Cost Saving and flow of product
* Manage demand planning, ensuring your team are pro-active and innovative
Key requirements for the role;
* Have a strong background in supply chain, demand planning from either retail or FMCG manufacturing.
* Strong leadership background
* Advanced excel
* Able to comfortably communicate with senior stakeholders
* Motivational with energy and drive to achieve results
* Want to grow and progress
