As a Damp & Mould Surveyeor, you will: * Conduct thorough property inspections to identify issues realting to D&M. * Prepare accurate reports detailing findings and recommendations. * Liaise with tenants, contractors, and colleagues to resolve disrepair matters promptly and efficiently. * Ensure compliance with housing regulations, policies, and health & safety standards. * Monitor ongoing repair projects, ensuring they meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
