It's a leadership role that involves providing clinical leadership across the hospital, ensuring compliance with regulations and legislation, and delivering against key quality performance indicators.
ABOUT YOU
The Deputy Hospital Director role requires management experience, RMN status, and natural leadership skills. You will ensure that each patient's, sometimes complex, care needs are met by your team. Additionally, you'll be responsible for balancing budgets and developing strategies, while always prioritizing the people in your care.
This is a demanding but rewarding role at Barchester. It may involve occasional weekend, bank holiday, and out-of-hours work, including participation in an on-call rota. Day to day, you'll make a real difference to the lives of patients with complex mental health needs and support team members in their career development.
