You’ll be part of a collaborative People team that values initiative and fresh ideas. Out client is looking for an individual who enjoys partnering with managers, spotting opportunities for improvement, and finding pragmatic solutions that work in the real world.
What you’ll be doing:
* Acting as the go-to adviser for managers across your region on all HR/People matters, with a focus on complex employee relations cases.
* Guiding and coaching managers to resolve issues early, fairly, and in line with employment law.
* Supporting organisational change initiatives, from restructures to culture-building projects.
* Working proactively to identify people-related risks and opportunities, and proposing effective solutions.
* Building strong, positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Travelling to sites within your region to provide face-to-face support when needed.
What you’ll bring:
* Proven experience in a People Adviser or HR Adviser role, with substantial ER case management experience.
* In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and best practice.
* A solutions-focused mindset – you’re not just about process, you’re about results.
* The ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and keep things moving.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to influence and gain buy-in.
* Flexibility to travel across your region when required.
