Music Teacher : The Role
A secondary school in Hertfordshire is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Music Teacher to join its creative arts department. The successful candidate will teach Music across Key Stages 3:5, delivering a broad and engaging curriculum that includes performance, theory, and composition. You will play an active role in enriching the schools musical life and inspiring students both in and beyond the classroom. This is a full:time temporary role from January 2026 to July 2026, paid at A GBP 160 to A GBP 240 per day, depending on experience.
The School
This is a mixed secondary school with a sixth form, educating approximately 1,200 students aged 11:18 across Years 7 to 13. The school is non:selective and serves a diverse local community. In its most recent Ofsted inspection, the school was rated Good, with positive feedback on leadership, behaviour, and the quality of education.
