Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Uk, Fully Remote - can be based anywhere in the UK
Salary: £18 per hour Up to £38,000 per year pro rata
Start Date: Immediately, 3 month temporary contract with the potential to extend to a permanent role
Job Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth operation of sales processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and delivering exceptional administrative support that enables the team to focus on revenue-generating activities.
Key Responsibilities
∙ Process sales orders accurately and maintain internal CRM and tracking systems.
∙ Prepare and format quotes, invoices, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for client communication.
∙ Organize and maintain digital sales folders, team timesheets, and other essential documents.
∙ Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, sales reporting, and document preparation.
∙ Follow up with customers regarding order updates, documentation, and general inquiries.
∙ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure sales records are accurate, up to date, and easily accessible.
Required Skills & Qualifications
∙ Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role (1–3 years preferred).
∙ Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
∙ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). ∙ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∙ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
∙ Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing top-quality support.
Preferred Qualifications
∙ Familiarity with sales documentation and order processing workflows. ∙ Experience in supporting B2B sales teams.
