Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 (pro rata)
Contract Type: Part-Time (2 days per week)

About the Role:
Starpic Project is seeking a passionate and proactive Community Development Worker to help us build stronger community ties and empower local residents. This part-time position is ideal for someone with a background in community engagement and volunteer coordination.
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
* Overseeing and planning volunteer activities
* Developing a vibrant daytime programme
* Supporting and assisting in the development of our project volunteers
About You:
We're looking for someone who has:
* Proven experience working in the community in a similar role
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A passion for making a difference in people's lives
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
PVG Scheme:
This post is considered Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check upon a formal offer being made by Starpic Project.
