Position Role : Technical staff officer responsible for managing live, virtual & constructive simulation systems & technical fields for UK collective trg. Responsibilities : 1. Provide military link into on-site contracted training enablers - principally Saab Training Systems (STS), Cubic Defence UK and Cubic LVC UK. 2. Oversee the delivery of Tactical Engagement Simulation (TES) user training and TES Instructor support to BGs during FTX. 3. On-site technical SME for all TES and technical related business. 4. Assess, articulate and staff the CRTC user requirement to LWC, CTG and DE&S (TSSP) for TES and technical instrumentation. 5. Manage & conduct regular performance review of in-service contractor provided live simulation services for delivery of Foundation & Mission. 6. Maintain an awareness of doctrine, lessons learned and TTPs for use in the delivery of technical training. 7. Technology trials officer for potential new developments and lead on training exploitation and innovation within CRTC. 8. Assist in the requirement and development of Synthetic Wrap (SW) provision on behalf of CRTC.
