We are seeking an experienced sales surveyor to join our rapidly evolving start up business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company goals.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies for b2c electricals.
* Drive sales growth in the domestic electrical market.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
* Ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service and meets KPIs.
* Report directly to senior management with insights and sales performance updates.
* Assist in the recruitment and training of new sales team members.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in b2c sales.
* In-depth knowledge of domestic electrical installs.
* Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
* A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
* Full UK driving license.
