Why this role is exceptional Salary up to £40,000 per year Performance bonus up to £10,000 25 days annual leave (rising to 27 with service) Blue Light Card – retail & lifestyle discounts Employee Assistance Programme & wellbeing support Funded qualifications and leadership development Refer-a-friend scheme Annual salary review Clear progression opportunities within a growing organisation Dedicated wellbeing room Café onsite Onsite parking What You’ll Be Doing Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the branch Hold CQC / CIW registration and ensure ongoing compliance Recruit, develop and motivate a high-performing care team Drive business growth and increase care hours Monitor quality, care delivery and customer satisfaction Manage performance, budgets and operational KPIs Build strong relationships with customers, families and healthcare professionals Embed a positive, values-driven culture What We’re Looking For Proven management experience in a regulated sector (care, healthcare, housing, education or similar) Experience or understanding of CQC standards (desirable but not essential) Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards) Strong people management and organisational skills Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle A passion for high-quality, person-centred care We welcome applications from leaders in other regulated industries who have strong compliance and people management experience.
