Key Responsibilities:
* Creating high-quality reports, CVs, and presentations for clients and internal teams
* Developing regional and global market maps, outlining organizational structures with accuracy
* Supporting client meetings with relevant market insights and updates
* Building and nurturing a professional network within your chosen sector
* Conducting candidate interviews to assess suitability and presenting top talent to senior consultants
Candidate Profile:
* Holds a 2:1 or First-Class degree from a Russell Group or Red Brick university
* Demonstrates strong A-level results and academic achievement
* Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients and candidates
* Exhibits exceptional organisational and time-management skills
* Self-motivated, determined, and eager to succeed in a competitive environment
