About the Personal Assistant (Business & Private Support)
This Personal Assistant will be a vital member of the team, responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Principal’s diaries, travel and administrative support. Key responsibilities will be include but not limited to:
* Managing and gatekeeping of diaries, prioritising appointments as needed
* Organising personal arrangements and handling private matters
* Arranging business and personal travel across multiple time zones
* Screening and managing all incoming/outgoing post and deliveries, including couriers
* Coordinating and preparing meetings and video conferences
* Liaising with a wide range of individuals, including senior executives at global companies
* Processing expenses in various currencies and liaising with the finance team
* Acting as liaison with building management on office-related issues
* Managing office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed
* Archiving files and documents as required
* Managing household bills and credit card payments
* Providing general administrative support to the wider team, including welcoming visitors
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* Previous experience as a Personal Assistant at a senior level, providing both business and personal support
* Highly organised, flexible and proactive individual
* Experience working in a high-pressure environment
* High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to anticipate challenges
* Strong sense of initiative and reliability
* Comfortable communicating at all levels
* Ability to manage expectations and meet tight deadlines
* Professional discretion at all times
* Car driver/owner (due to location)
Additional benefits:
* Salary is competitive dependent on experience, paying c£45K.
* Hours 9.00am - 5.00pm with occasional out of office support when needed
* Benefits include pension scheme, healthcare following a set time with organisation and a generous holiday allowance.
