For this opportunity, we are seeking candidates with prior experience at Head of or Director level within the financial services sector.

What youll be doing
Reporting into the CMO, the successful candidate will lead a team of three Product Marketing Managers. The core focus of the role is to drive the strategic development, execution, and optimisation of product marketing initiatives.
Youll be responsible for:
- Shaping go-to-market strategies for new products.
- Defining product positioning and messaging.
- Leading successful product launches.
The role also requires significant stakeholder engagement to ensure marketing strategies align with broader business goals. Youll oversee the creation of marketing materials that resonate with target audiences and reflect the brands values.
In addition, youll regularly report on key performance indicators, including lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
What experience youll need to apply
Demonstrable leadership experience in marketing within the financial services sector.
A proven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and data analytics.
An analytical mindset with the ability to assess campaign performance and adapt strategies accordingly.
Solid project management experience, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
