Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out vehicle servicing and repairs to a high standard
* Diagnosing faults using diagnostic equipment
* Performing MOT pre-checks and ensuring vehicles meet DVSA standards
* Maintaining accurate service and repair records
* Advising on any additional work needed and providing technical expertise
* Supporting and mentoring less experienced team members (Master Technicians)
What Were Looking For:
* Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician minimum 3 years preferred
* MOT Tester certification (advantageous, but not essential)
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
* A full UK driving licence
* Reliable, hardworking and a team player
* Master Technician accreditation is a bonus higher salary negotiable for the right candidate
