My client have a very strong emphasis on individuals development within the company, which has led to a low staff turnover.
HQ based in Essex with office in London.
The Role - Head of Design / Design Director level - Façade / Cladding / Curtain Wall
As Head of Design, you will lead the operational design function, driving excellence across all aspects of design delivery.
This is a strategic leadership role ideal for someone who excels in implementing scalable processes and consistently delivering high levels of client satisfaction across every project.
* Building a high-performing, motivated design team with a culture of collaboration and innovation.
* Contributing to the companies strategic direction through design thinking and creative leadership.
* Champion proactive, buildable design solutions that align with project goals.
* Oversee and approve technical submissions and design reports
* Maintain and enhance team competency through training and oversight.
* Ensure strong client feedback and repeat business through trusted design leadership.
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of design Return on Investment.
