Part Time 9.30am – 12.30pm Monday to Thursday (plus additional hours to suit the business needs as required) - £14 per hour
My client is looking for a highly professional, conscientious individual to maintain client/guest areas withing their prestigious offices based in Kings Langley. This role is a client facing position liaising with management to deliver the best experience for guests visiting their offices. A high attention to detail along with flexibility to the changing demands of the business is required coupled with a professional appearance and manner are crucial for success.
Duties to include:
* Preparing the tasting area and meeting rooms to receive prestigious clients.
* Organising food/lunches for guests sourcing caterers etc as required
* Providing a first point of contact for visiting guests
* Ensuring staff members are also looked after, offering a desk-based drink etc
* Providing a quality service throughout
Skills Required:
* Previous front of house or high-end customer service experience preferred.
* High attention to detail and a desire to get provide a bespoke service.
* Good people skills and a “can do” attitude.
* Be flexible in your approach and a strategic thinker.
This role is a permanent position for the right person with a high chance of additional hours outside the core hours depending on the needs of the business.
