A leading Legal 500‑ranked law firm is seeking an ambitious and technically strong Senior Associate Commercial Litigation Solicitor (5+ years’ PQE) to join its highly regarded Dispute Resolution team based in Gerrards Cross.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial litigator looking to take on high‑quality, complex work within a collaborative and forward‑thinking team, with clear progression prospects and direct exposure to senior partners and key clients.
The Role
You will manage a varied and challenging caseload of high‑value and complex disputes for a broad client base including owner‑managed businesses, SMEs, corporates, directors, shareholders and high‑net‑worth individuals.
Your work will include:
* Complex commercial contract disputes
* Shareholder, partnership and wider corporate disputes
* Injunctions and other urgent applications
* Cross‑border and multi‑jurisdictional disputes
* Insolvency‑related litigation
* Regulatory and compliance disputes
* Strategic dispute avoidance and risk management advice
You will also play an active role in business development, client relationship management and mentoring junior team members.
About You
You will be:
* A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years’ PQE in commercial litigation
* Experienced in managing complex, high‑value disputes independently
* Technically excellent with strong drafting and analytical skills
* Commercially minded with exceptional client‑handling abilities
* A collaborative team player with leadership potential
* Ambitious and motivated to progress within a respected Legal 500 practice
Experience of urgent injunctive work, cross‑border matters and insolvency disputes would be advantageous.
