Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnered with a matrix, boutique Bank on the growth of their high-performing HR team here in London. This role heads up their HR Operations function with line management responsibility of a collaborative team. This role is instrumental in leading and managing day to day operations and queries across HR support and Payroll.
The HR function is embarking on the implementation of a new HR system that will strategically transform their operations. This role will be pivotal in supporting this work, ensuring that their processes are adapted and aligned with optimal ways of working.
Proven experience managing a team, driving operational excellence and utilizing Workday is essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Improve HR processes for the full employment lifecycle of our employees, working closely with the other COEs.
2. Maintain the process catalogue and continuously review and improve HR processes driving efficiency and automation with a risk intelligent approach.
3. Implement best practices to enhance HR operational efficiency.
4. Provide strong leadership, coaching and constructive feedback to the team to ensure we deliver the best possible service to our colleagues.
